We find teenagers tend to approach photoshoots in two different ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if they&#8217;re the ones who requested the photoshoot, they&#8217;ll be the keenest people in the world,<\/li>\n<li>but if they&#8217;ve been &#8216;encouraged&#8217; to come along, then they&#8217;re much more likely to hold back and be &#8216;not bothered&#8217;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, we find both sets of teenagers are the same &#8211; they&#8217;re both super-interested if we get them involved. We therefore do what we always do with children of all ages &#8211; get to know them and ask what they want to get out of the photoshoot and what they would like.<\/p>\n<p>In this family, for example, the daughter was keen from the outset on getting involved, however, the two sons were really not interested in the slightest. We therefore did the &#8216;proper&#8217; photos first &#8211; those shown below &#8211; that the parents and daughter were keen to have.
