Evening photoshoot of a couple in love

This first set of photos are amongst our favourites from this photoshoot, where they’re both looking beautifully posed in a natural way.

This second set shows the type of things we then did to get some more informal and fun photos of this couple having a laugh together.

We use this approach as it makes sure our customers have a beautiful set of quality artwork they can hang on their walls. But it means they also have some more informal photos that really show off their character – they often have these displayed in an album.

With some couples it’s very obvious how much they love each other, as was the case here. During this single photoshoot we changed location a few times so that we have some urban backgrounds, as well as some natural, green backgrounds. We also did a change of outfits part-way through to give some additional variety.

Evening in the park

We love a good park – as long as they have trees and hedges, they make great places to use for a photoshoot. On this occasion we did a change of clothes to give a wider variety of photos.

With all families you get to see lots of love and affection on display and this one was no exception. We wanted to capture that beautiful family love in these photos, where you can see this young boy showing his love for each of his parents.

Very young children, like this young lad, have super short attention spans. The only way we were able to get these lovely photos was by letting him run around and have lots of fun in-between the ‘proper’ photos, as you can see from this ‘time to play at a photoshoot‘ post.

We just ADORE hats – whether they’re on adults, children or babies, they look great and they’re so much fun. We tried two different hats on this young girl during a studio photoshoot with her family – they look fantastic.

We did this photoshoot out in the park, which gave us a chance for some relaxed and fun posing. Although in one of these photos this young girl is looking at the camera, these photos look really natural and are not staged in any way – as you can see she’s looking really comfortable, which makes for some lovely photos.

Christmas angel fancy dress

Christmas card time, so an angel fancy dress costume worked well as the cover for some personalised family Christmas cards for this year. Children love fancy dress, as they like acting out who they’re dressed up as and on this occasion it was no exception as the ‘little angel’ loved acting as an angel.

At Christmas there’s nothing more complicated and natural than getting a young child to hold a set of Christmas fairy lights. As she was playing with the lights, they gave a lovely glow on her face, so by the end we had a great photo that went on the cover of their family Christmas cards.
